ROUND ROBINS
We participate in roughly 6 round robins around Gauteng during the
hockey season. The round robins are a lot of fun and the players get
to practice what they’ve learnt at the training sessions plus they get
to interact with players from other clubs. We normally travel to the
round robins by bus unless the venue is close by. We’d like to
encourage all players to travel on the bus with the coaches as it builds
spirit and unity amongst the players and ensures that all the players
arrive at the venue on time. It goes without saying that the children
really love it when they have their parents on the sidelines for
support.
